For a group of companies (Management and trading divisions), we are looking to expand our team with a very ambitious person supporting our administration / Commercial and IT departments. The responsibilities include attending calls, arranging meetings, booking tickets and hotels for directors, their families, and staff, managing the properties of the directors (tasks to include maintenance of the properties, follow-up, renewal of tenancy contact, keeping track of all properties and follow up on payments)

QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor’s Degree
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in GCC
· Male / Female candidates with experience preferred
· Fluency in English
· Fluent in Microsoft Office Excel and Word and PowerPoint
· Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to travel outside the UAE
· Energetic, follows instructions and presentable with strong communication skills
· Very good knowledge of flight / train / hotel bookings across worldwide
