Job Summary:

As a Collection Officer, you will manage the company’s accounts receivable and ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments from clients. You will work closely with the finance department and clients to resolve payment issues and maintain a healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections and interactions with clients.
• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send regular reports on collection activities and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment terms and agreements with clients as needed.
• Address and resolve any billing issues or disputes professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
