Job Vacancy: Café Manager in Abu Dhabi


We are looking for a skilled Café Manager to lead a café specializing in hot drinks, particularly sedative tea, and traditional Emirati dishes in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Proven experience in café management or similar projects
  • Experience in organizing and managing events
  • Leadership and creativity skills to drive the success of the café
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory, suppliers, and daily operations
  • Experience in training staff and leading a team
  • Open to Arabic nationalities only


🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Develop marketing strategies and organize promotional events
  • Handle inventory, orders, and supplier relations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
