dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coaching and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to coach and contribute in the development of new and existing staff to meet the dnata Airport Operations business objectives, ensuring employees have the right capabilities and skills (technical/nontechnical) to perform in their role, while maintaining the highest level of customer services and a safe working environment. 


Role Responsibilities 


- Contributes towards preparation of training or coaching schedules, plans, and related learning aids/presentations (e.g. Power Point slides) and liaise with Training Providers such as dnata Training/EAC where required. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare/communicate the schedule/nomination in a timely manner when required. 


- Prepares compliance audit plans and schedules and associated processes and procedures as directed by the direct supervisor. 


- Prepares monthly training or coaching nominations as per the annual training/ coaching plan. 


- Leads and identifies the training or coaching required across each section of the department, to improve the knowledge level of staff which will result in improvement of Quality of services and safety at the workplace


- Reviews departments processes using IATA publications, industrial best practices and regulatory requirements and supports department's continuous improvement programs.


- Effectively carries out on-job or class room coaching/training sessions as assigned by the direct supervisor or as per the published schedule in co-ordination with key stakeholders. Adapts delivery style to suit the target audience, using appropriate learning aids and ensure that the training or coaching objective is met at the end of each session.


- Works on special projects as assigned by the management to enhance the service quality, best working practices and process improvements. 


- Conducts regular intra and inter departmental coaching to staff on SOPs, work instructions and any relevant documents. Maintain records of coaching conducted and prepare reports.


- Organises & conducts trade test for internal promotions as per the requirement from Line Managers. Ensures answer sheets of trade test are evaluated and results are shared with the Line Managers, within the agreed timeline.


- Supports in maintaining ISO, IATA, ISAGO, Regulated Agent (RA3), GDP/CEIV and standards related to other accreditation programs through regular coaching and compliance audits at operational and non-operational areas
