Cluster Director of Revenue – United Arab Emirates

We are currently working with a well-established Hotel Group and tasked to find them an experienced Director of Revenue for 2 properties in Abu Dhabi.

Role in Brief:

This Director of Revenue Management Role is a key executive who is responsible for optimizing revenue and profit margins for the company. This involves: utilizing data analysis, market trends, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue across all sales channels and product lines; overseeing and managing all aspects related to the generation of income and ensuring sales are running well to optimize efficiency and profits.

Director of Revenue Management Requirement:

• Preferred: a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
• Current Director of Revenue with 4 years Revenue Management experience in International Hotel Brands
• Resort experience in UAE/GCC is a preferred
• Excellent communication skills and team management abilities

Salary Package Offered:

• AED19-22k basic plus full expat benefits for self & family plus company provided accommodation
