Our objectives is to ease the suffering of addicts’ patients and their families by restoring health, hope and determination”Erada Center for Treatment and Rehab in Dubai was established based on the vision of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and by the initiative of H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum. It aims to treat the disease of substance use disorders and alcohol addiction which negatively impact the wellbeing of individuals, families and society. Erada Center is a governmental entity committed to offer treatment and rehab services; promote awareness about addiction and to contribute in the scientific research in the field of addiction. The Clinical Quality Specialist is responsible for preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and validating them, auditing clinical policies, and training staff on quality standards to raise awareness of work quality according to the required standards. They must have a comprehensive understanding of accreditation requirements in hospital or healthcare center environments to ensure the achievement of a high level of quality.1.Contribute to the development of an integrated quality management system and its implementation in collaboration with unit heads, documenting and classifying development initiatives to improve performance.2.Support the development of clinical and administrative policies and procedures, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and identifying tools for measuring and evaluating performance.3.Monitor the implementation of excellence and quality initiatives after approval by senior management.4.Regularly review and update policies and procedural manuals to ensure compliance with international standards and accreditation and quality requirements.5.Conduct internal audits of quality programs and policies to ensure compliance, track the implementation of initiatives, and prepare detailed reports.6.Develop performance measurement and quality assurance systems, supporting efforts to achieve government excellence and promote a culture of quality within the center.7.Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of excellence programs by analyzing results, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing recommendations.8.Prepare and implement awareness and training workshops on institutional excellence standards and quality to raise awareness among all employees.9.Propose and follow up on the implementation of strategies to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and achieve higher quality levels.10. Perform statistical analysis using statistical tools to monitor processes and identify areas requiring improvement and development 1- Bachelor's degree in a clinical specialty, preferably a Master's degree in Quality Management.2- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of quality, with preference for experience in the healthcare sector."
