Client Relations and Marketing Intern

As a Client Relations and Marketing Intern, you will support our Sales and Marketing teams in diverse tasks, including content creation, marketing materials, and client relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance, investment, or marketing, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and designing PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Draft and update dealsheets showcasing our services and offerings.
• Support email marketing campaigns by creating engaging content and collaborating on strategy.
• Assist with content creation across various channels and formats.
• Develop and maintain databases of key contacts, including licensed financial institutions, real estate developers, architects, wealth managers, and family offices.
• Support in organizing and coordinating investor events and related logistics.
• Translate and update existing marketing materials to align with current campaigns and company branding.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings with potential clients and manage related logistics.
• Prepare presentations and materials to support the relationship manager in client engagements.
