Our client is a leading online wealth management organization. They are looking for an expert Client Onboarding Manager with background in financial sector. For this role, the successful candidate is expected to have an excellent KYC skill to enhance client onboarding experience while having at least 3 years of experience in team management. Preferrably someone with working experience in Compliance and AML. 


<b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b>
Supervising the whole onboarding team.
Managing the onboarding of new clients and implementing process improvements to better the onboarding process for clients.
Collaborating with the global compliance team on compliance-related issues like putting controls and risk management procedures into place, as well as standards- and policy-setting.
Overseeing the Group's continuing screening procedure to make sure it is finished promptly and in compliance with Company policy.
Deliver solutions to increase productivity and take part in the implementation process.
Confirm team priorities are aligned and they understood their impact on the business by relaying the organization's strategy.
To ensure the KPIs are met by the whole team, you will be involved in shaping and influencing their deliverables and sharpen their knowledge and skills by exposing them to new learning/opportunities.
Be in charge of scheduling shifts and putting a backup plan in place to make sure the business activities proceed without interruption.


RequirementsAt least a bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance or in a related field is a plus.
At least 5 years' working involvement in client onboarding role in a managerial position.
Must have an experience in executing and handling the full process of text recognition.
Has the ability to handle multiple tasks on-hand and make report progress while effectively networking and building relationships with stakeholders'/business partners.
Prior exposure in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage.
Has the initiative to aggressively reach target goals in a fast-moving environment while working within a team.
A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
Use market knowledge and data analysis expertise to further the success of our brand and its products.
A track record of developing productive working connections with corporate partners.
Expert in providing support in commercial, customer support and appropriate teams to achieve success ratio of the implementation of payment solutions to all customers.
