The role of Client Engagement Manager centers around the sale of IFZA licenses and products and the building of solid relationships with Professional Partners and Clients, built on transparency and trust. Candidate is required to liaise with sales support, operations team, finance department and corporate trainers to ensure clients are fully informed of our products and services and the status of their applications. In addition, this role requires to source and generate new leads in order to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Drive and monitor sales initiatives through Professional Partners, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Professional Partners and Clients, ensuring satisfaction across B2B partner sales
Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations, especially in challenging situations.
Spearhead business development strategies to unlock new sales opportunities and forge professional partnerships.
Participate actively in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance your sales prowess.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to keep stakeholders informed.
Travel to engage with new and existing partners and clients, as needed.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in related disciplines OR the equivalent industry experience
Proven experience in sales and client engagement
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Experience tracking relevant KPIs
Full English proficiency is required
Additional spoken languages are a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette
Valid UAE driver’s license and car
