About the Role
The Clerk, Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring efficient internal and external communication within the Housekeeping department. This includes managing all communication systems like Opera, HotSOS, and REX, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. The role involves maintaining operational standards, participating in departmental meetings, supporting team goals, managing communication regarding room turnarounds, and addressing guest feedback. The Clerk, Housekeeping is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the Housekeeping office, ensuring health and safety standards are followed, and reporting issues or concerns to the Team Leader.
About You
You are a highly skilled and communicative professional with a strong customer focus. You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar 5-star hotel position and are proficient in software applications such as Opera, HotSOS, and REX. You are fluent in English and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Your attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, and commitment to upholding operational standards make you a valuable asset in maintaining seamless communication within the Housekeeping department. You are flexible and ready to work according to the department's needs, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
