Cladding Estimator – Sandwich Panels

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cladding Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for sandwich panel cladding projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cladding systems, the ability to interpret drawings and BOQs, and proficiency in estimation tools and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for cladding sandwich panel projects based on technical drawings or Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Review project specifications to assess and calculate material and labor costs.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns and support the bid preparation process.
• Ensure all estimations are aligned with project requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estimating cladding sandwich panel projects or similar construction-related work.
• In-depth knowledge of cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CAD) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
