Civil Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor with 10 years of experience and a valid UAE driving license to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil work is executed according to the project specifications, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure the smooth flow of work.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Report on project progress and address any issues or delays with the Project Manager.
• Ensure all necessary resources (materials, equipment, personnel) are available on-site as required.
• Manage site documentation and records, including daily logs and safety reports.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with all local regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction with UAE experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Proven experience supervising teams and subcontractors in construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using construction management tools and software.
