About the job Civil Foreman Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site operations for assigned projects.
Coordinate and assign tasks to laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Manage site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper use and availability.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Resolve on-site challenges and issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Train and mentor site workers to maintain high performance and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including attendance, work progress, and material usage.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:
- 15 years of experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 8 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience supervising site projects, including large-scale developments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset to address on-site challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
Educational Background:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with local labor laws.
