1) Managing tendering & Projects Commercial department for pre and post tender /contract activity.
2) Estimating the Projects, Quantity take off & Preparing effective Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the
tender documents
3) Prepare Technical Submission during post tender/ Contract activity
4) Preparing Running payment bills for all the Projects undertaken.
3) Preparing change orders and variation effected due to change of drawings & specification.
4) Analysing and approving subcontractor’s capabilities & their quality plans.
5) Attending meetings with clients, consultants finalising the Project, discussing value Engineering &
other related issues of Project
6) Checking & approving of subcontractor’s bills and payment certificates.
7) Floating enquiries and receiving subcontract invitations and evaluation of subcontract scope of
works
8) Coordinating and analysing specifications, drawings and suppliers quotations and preparing
technical comparative statements.
