About the role :
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our projects in the UAE. If you are passionate about engineering excellence and sustainability, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Design and oversee civil engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Supervise the construction process for projects up to G+4 floors, ensuring all civil engineering works are performed efficiently and meet the required specifications.
Collaborate with architects and other project stakeholders to ensure that design, quality, and safety standards are adhered to.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications.
Ensure that all projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Provide technical advice and support to the project management team.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, including experience in design and supervision for G+4 floors.
Must be a member of the UAE Society of Engineers.
Proven track record in completing 10 building construction projects, including at least 3 projects classified in the G+3 and G+4 category.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations in the UAE.
Technical accreditation with a proven ability to work on projects with a minimum area of 12,000 sqm.
Proficiency in engineering design software and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
