KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and conduct workshops whenever necessary.
# Assist with the updating and implementation of necessary business policies and accounting practices
# Study industry insights to create effective business models to meet RTA objectives.
# Assist the section manager in planning, controlling and coordinating activities, ensuring efficient and
satisfactory performance against objectives.
# Conduct the required financial studies to evaluate revenue initiatives feasibility and recommend ways for
implementation and evaluating the forecasted revenues.
# Prepare and update financial models with qualitative analysis.
# Plan and review capital investment opportunities to meet the objectives of RTA.
# Review agreements and MOu’s to formulate the financial part.
# Perform quick ad-hoc financial modelling analysis
# Conduct the required valuation analysis of operating entities within the RTA.
# Perform other related duties as assigned
# Undertake financial studies and analysis of revenue generation and pricing of all services.
# Review, analyse and comment on the legislations received by higher committee of Dubai to ensure strategic
goals are met.
# Assess critical issues relating to the effectiveness and efficiency of RTA’s financial studies.
Conduct benchmarking studies with other departments and legislations.
# Liaise with the departments and agencies to obtain all the information required to approve the financial
studies either internally or through the department of finance Government of Dubai.
# Assist in performing financial benchmark that inclues reporting of major performance indicators.
# Review, analyse and prepare the financial study for all legislations to be issued by RTA and requested by the
agencies.
# Review approved studies to measure planned VS. actual monthly results.
# Liaise with the department of finance government of Dubai to obtain approvsals on financial studies and new
fees and services.
# Assist in building project finance models and conducting sensitivity analysis and review agreements and
documentation.
Education
# Master degree in accounting from a recognized University.
