You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, monitoring our hiring processes, identifying improvement areas, and updating the recruitment procedure in coordination with other recruitment managers. You will also collaborate with our HR managers on determining the precise scope of our recruitment needs and scaling our hiring processes accordingly.
This role will put you in charge of supervising the activities of our entire recruitment team—tracking their performance, providing advice, and informing them of any changes to our candidate selection process or overall recruitment policy. You will review individual stages of our current hiring process—including testing and interviewing—and recommend beneficial changes that will streamline the procedure.
To succeed in this role, you should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A solid knowledge of talent acquisition software and ATS systems is preferable.
