# Dealing with all problems of the GRP human resources system for human resources management throughfinding appropriate solutions related to human resources by coordinating with Digital Dubai# Updating & preparing a file that includes all information of related employee’s personal data, transfer,promotion, resignations, promotions, etc# Ensuring that all requests received from various departments are aligned with the agreed service levels# Responsible of assigning any access required in GRP across RTA from the HR point of view and control# Coordinate with Information Technology Department regarding GRP systems and address these obstacles byfinding appropriate solutions# Coordinate with the Finance Department for creating the Cost Centre for all organizations in RTA# Generating & developing various reports through GRP related to employees and analyzing the data by assuringthe data is completed
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education# Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from an accredited university - years ofworking experience
Skills# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
