Who you are

We're seeking a strategic Chief of Staff with a passion for planning and managing complex projects effectively. You will be a key player in providing strategic and execution support to our leadership, and leveraging your reporting skills and expertise in project management, financial modeling, and risk analysis to ensure successful project delivery and business growth.


Learning and growth is at the core of our culture so this role will include training teams and mentoring/developing individual team members.


Responsibilities - In this role, you will


  • Plan and manage high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery


  • Assess the viability of products and services, benchmarking our offering, analyzing product-market fit, developing financial models, and aligning teams working on go to market strategies


  • Own projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, resources and stakeholders, to deliver them successfully


  • Conduct thorough risk and cost analyses to support informed decision-making and project planning


  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals


  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team


  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and risk management to the leadership team


  • Support with performance management by developing, monitoring and reporting on key metrics


  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and enable scalability


  • Manage key external stakeholders, preparing materials and undertaking key meetings


  • Analyze data and prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on performance, challenges and opportunities, and advising on strategy


  • Support with issue resolution and crisis management for streamlined operations


  • Ensure clear, cohesive and effective communication across all levels of the organization



Your Technical Skills:
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch


  • You are solution oriented - adaptable, open minded, creative and curious


  • You have excellent project management skills, you are detail oriented and a proactive problem solver


  • You work effectively with senior executives and with cross-functional teams


  • You have strong command of financial modeling, risk analysis, and cost management


  • You analyze data and produce insightful reports


  • You are able to solve complex problems


  • You are able to strategically align immediate outcomes with long term goals


  • You hold yourself accountable to achieving desired outcomes


Your Key Qualifications
  • You have at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects


  • You’re based in UAE or willing to relocate


  • You are well-versed in leveraging technology to optimize project efficiency and reporting


  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.


  • PMP and CFA certification is a plus
