We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive digital transformation initiatives and oversee technology strategy at a leading financial institution in the region. This pivotal role is responsible for aligning technology with business objectives and managing a large team to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute the bank’s technology strategy to support business goals.
• Lead a team of over 450 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee cloud initiatives and drive digital transformation projects across the organization.
• Identify and implement emerging technology trends that can create new business models.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure technology investments deliver optimal value.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.

• Candidates with global experience focusing on the Central European region.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in technology or management are a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on IT leadership.
• Proven experience managing large teams, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and technology trends.
