Job Title: Chief Financial Officer
Department: Finance
Reports To: CEO
Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the overall financial health of the organization. The CFO works closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's goals. The CFO also oversees the financial reporting, budgeting, and planning functions of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's goals
Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and planning functions of the organization
Manage the organization's financial risks
Provide financial advice and counsel to the CEO and other senior executives
Represent the organization to external financial stakeholders, such as investors and creditors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
10+ years of experience in financial services and/or insurance
CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
