Black & Grey HR is hiring a CEO for a leading multi-brand retail and distribution network across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa. The CEO will drive growth, operational efficiency, and brand expansion, ensuring excellence in retail, distribution, and e-commerce. This role requires a strategic, commercially driven leader with expertise in pull brands, inventory planning, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap for multi-brand retail and distribution.
- Optimize retail, distribution, and e-commerce operations for efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting, driving revenue and cost optimization.
- Lead a high-performing, multicultural team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Strengthen brand positioning, expand e-commerce, and ensure seamless integration of new brands.
- Build strategic partnerships and ensure regulatory compliance across markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in retail, distribution, or e-commerce.
- Expertise in pull brand management, inventory planning, and OTB strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams across regions.
- Exceptional financial acumen, strategic vision, and market adaptability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
