Research & Testing

• Conduct stability, efficacy, and compatibility testing of formulations.
• Research and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
• Perform tests to ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards (e.g., stability tests, pH tests, viscosity, and sensory analysis).

Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure formulations comply with local and international cosmetic regulations

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, packaging, production, and quality assurance to ensure product feasibility and market alignment.
• Support scale-up and production processes by providing technical input to manufacturing teams.

Quality Control

• Provide technical support for resolving production issues and quality concerns related to formulations.
• Assist in the transfer of products from R&D to full-scale production.
