Job Description:
~ The Chef de Partie - Role requires specialization in Emirati cuisine. The candidate is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen that focuses on traditional Emirati dishes and flavors. Duties may include preparing and cooking authentic Emirati dishes, such as Machboos, Harees, Luqaimat and more according to traditional recipes and culinary techniques. The Chef holds responsibility for supervising junior kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and presentation standards specific to Emirati cuisine, ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety protocols are followed. Chef de Parties specializing in Emirati cuisine have to have knowledge about local ingredients, spices, and cooking methods unique to the region and work under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
