Position Overview: 


We are seeking a talented and motivated Channel Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This mid-senior level position will focus on developing and nurturing channel partnerships with resellers and integration partners to drive revenue growth for our Focal product.


The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial crime compliance, AML, and a proven track record in channel business development & sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and manage channel partners across the GCC region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities and channel performance.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our financial crime and compliance solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on channel revenue growth and partner performance metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives.
