• Position Overview: The Group CEO will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence, financial vitality, and a high-performance culture across all business units. • Key Responsibilities:

3. Financial Performance:
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aimed at maximizing shareholder value.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and risk management strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
4. Corporate Governance & Compliance:
- Establish and conduct Board meetings, ensuring effective governance structures and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across the conglomerate’s operations.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders including investors, customers, and government entities.
- Ensure internal stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

- Lead business development efforts, exploring new markets and opportunities for expansion.

• Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a diversified conglomerate.
- Proven track record of successful strategic, financial, and operational management.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics and the ability to navigate complex, multinational business environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
