Job Description:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes and ensure the facility complies with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction by improving service quality and optimizing
Preparing and present operational reports to upper management regarding performance metrics, budgeting, and facility needs.
Ensuring the timely procurement of medical supplies and office essentials.
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or any related field
At least 2 years of experience in similar role under healthcare industry
Must be familiar with healthcare management software, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
