About the job CEC Assistant
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for CEC in the Admission Office and contact individuals such as CUA Alumni, parents, students, etc., from the provided prospect list.*
Assist admission inquiries, fill up admission forms, and receive documents when required.*
Perform registration process for all semesters of all CEC students.*
Keep up to date the inquiry sheet on a daily basis.*
Social Media Marketing and calls to potential students.*
Admission Data Entry to UMS and proceed with the complete admission process.*
Keep up to date record of registered students and potential admissions.*
Schedule and assist school visits.*
Coordinate with Student Affairs Office for Students Activities.*
Assist CEC Coordinator in tasks while working for existing students.*
Telemarketing for CEC Programs/Courses/Trainings.*
Execute Marketing Plan in liaison with the Marketing Department.*
Follow up with parents/students for receivables, etc.*
Represent CEC in exhibitions/seminars on as and when basis.*
Handle the phone inquiries.*
Assist in school visits and exhibitions.*
Perform other related duties as needed.*
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.*
A minimum of 1 year of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related role, preferably in a university or educational setting.*
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.*
Fluency in English is a must.*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database management software.*
Demonstrated passion for student engagement and recruitment.*
