About the job Caregiver
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with home care experience to join our team. You will provide personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Mobility Assistance: Help with movement and exercises.Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals.Medication Management: Remind clients to take medications.Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning and laundry.Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage in activities.Medical Appointments: Accompany clients to appointments.Observation: Monitor health and report changes.Documentation: Keep accurate records of care.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in home care.MOFA Attested Certification: CNA or HHA preferred.First Aid/CPR: Current certification.Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Observant and problem-solving abilities.Able to perform physical tasks.Basic household chores and cooking skills.Personal Traits:Compassionate and patient.Reliable and punctual.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
In clients' homes, providing one-on-one care.
