Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Campaign Manager to join our team. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaign messages to resonate with different segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, channel selection, budget allocation, and timeline management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and within budget.
Multi-Channel Management:
- Oversee campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (email, social media, PPC, SEO), traditional (OOH, TV, radio), and experiential (events, activations).
- Optimize campaigns for each channel to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor and adjust campaign tactics based on performance data and feedback.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Set clear KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and adjust budgets as needed to stay within financial constraints.
- Provide accurate forecasts and financial reports related to campaign activities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights from market research to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to refine campaign approaches.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with creative, content, digital, media planning, optimization, social media teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in campaign activities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign strategy, and multi-channel marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software, etc).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software.
- TV Experience is highly desirable.
- Certification in digital marketing or campaign management is a plus.
