We are seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Call Center Agent to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment and be fluent in English. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment while maintaining a flexible schedule.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written) and Arabic as well.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with call center software and systems is a plus.Ability to work on a part-time basis with flexible hours (rotational shifts).
