CAFM Control Room Operator

CAFM System Management:

• Operate and maintain the CAFM system to ensure accurate facility information.
• Update and manage CAFM data, including asset management, maintenance scheduling, and space planning.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor facility systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, security) and respond to alerts.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.
• Coordination and Support:
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely responses to facility issues.
• Support the planning and execution of facility operations, including cleaning and emergency procedures.

Customer Service:

• Act as the primary contact for facility-related inquiries from staff, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Provide timely and exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and requests.
• Emergency Management:
• Monitor emergency alarms and initiate appropriate procedures.
• Stay updated on safety protocols and procedures.

Training and Documentation:

• Train new users on the CAFM system and its functionalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations and updates within the CAFM system.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications preferred.
• Experience with CAFM systems and facility management operations.
• Strong knowledge of facility systems (e.g., HVAC, security systems).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Proficient in report generation and data analysis.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
