About the location:
This role is based in Food & Beverage department.
What you will do
Provide personalized service tailored to each guest's preferences and requirements.
Inspect each assigned room cleaned by the attendants prior to guest’s arrival to ensure all the guests preferences are met.
Assist guests with a wide range of requests, from dining reservations and transportation arrangements to personal shopping and event planning.
Set up and maintain private dining areas, ensuring they are impeccably clean and well-organized.
Serve meals and beverages in a gracious and efficient manner, adhering to proper etiquette and Hotel standards.
Handle special requests and last-minute changes with flexibility and grace.
Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with guest's information and interactions.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the guest's designated spaces, including bedrooms, living areas, and lounges.
Perform all tasks in accordance with the standards established in the Four Seasons Resort Dubai. This includes, but not limited to, night turndown service, luggage delivery, packing/unpacking services and handling lost and found items.
Collaborate with the Hotel management team to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Act as the coordinator in fulfillment of all food and beverage, In-Room Dining, wake up calls and amenity services.
Perform Room Services Server duties and assist the team in the time when there is no Butler request.
What you bring
Previous experience in a similar role in F&B within a luxury hospitality environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of etiquette and protocol in formal dining and service settings.
Impeccable attention to detail and a keen sense of discretion.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor at all time.
