Business Unit Director - UCC & Infrastructure

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Director for our Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) & Infrastructure division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within the UCC & Infrastructure business unit, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess significant leadership experience in the UCC & Infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and productivity within the UCC & Infrastructure business unit.
  
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve business and performance goals.
  
• Oversee all operations and business activities of the UCC & Infrastructure unit to ensure they produce desired results.
  
• Manage resources and budget to achieve financial and business objectives.
  
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the UCC & Infrastructure business unit.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
• Report performance data and forecasts to executive management.
  
• Implement change management initiatives as required.
  
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services that meet customer needs.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the UCC & Infrastructure industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Proven track record of managing and growing a business unit.
  
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  
• Knowledge of the latest UCC & Infrastructure technologies and industry trends.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
