Located in the heart of Dubai, but operating in a fully remote model, our client is a dynamic enterprise specialized in Software Development and Infrastructure Management.


We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst to join our client's innovative team.


What your responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business needs to understand and define the testing requirements for a robust QA framework.
  • Design and create testing specifications, automation frameworks, and data models for software quality assurance.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including testing strategies, automation scripts, and test cases.
  • Document testing workflows and processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with QA teams to develop test cases based on system requirements.
  • Assist in the testing phase, providing guidance to QA engineers and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of the testing objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and non-technical challenges that arise during the quality assurance process.
  • Provide innovative solutions to address complex testing problems and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar System Analyst role.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams (UML, draw.io).
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess complex integration requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and understanding code in C#, Java, or C++ programming languages.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Fluent in Russian and English at least on a B2 level
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong mathematical background.
  • Previous exposure to fintech projects
