The Opportunity


Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through strategic insights and decision-making? We are seeking a dynamic professional Business Intelligence Lead to join our team and provide strategic advisory, business guidance, and decision support to senior leadership in Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs (CMG), by partnering across the organization to address complex challenges in the healthcare landscape and you will serve as a trusted and objective expert, leveraging your credibility to influence key decisions that drive impact across the organization.  


As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will spark action, with a holistic, trusted, and objective perspective grounded in the patient and customer experience; and integrate perspectives from across functions with market intelligence to drive decisions for the benefit of patients and customers. 


You will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations with moderate guidance/ supervision, leveraging your capabilities in one or more of the following areas of expertise:


  • Market Research: qualitative and quantitative research with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem that impact the patient experience


  • Forecasting: generating revenue and supply forecasts; conducting uncertainty analyses


Your Impact


  • Develop a deep understanding of patients, other customers, and market dynamics, and deliver insights that help the organization drive patient impact


  • Help stakeholders define clear, impactful business priorities, and develop action plans


  • Design and execute primary and secondary market research, synthesizing the results from the research into actionable recommendations 


  • Provide market insights, key market opportunities, challenges and leverage points through leading the planning and implementation of Market Research activities and a care pathway/disease journey analysis (ex. market sizing, stakeholder mapping)


  • Prioritizing and paving the launch of New Products and maximize the potential of the current portfolio


  • Identify and lead the implementation of new or alternative commercial/operating models for portfolios (new / established)


  • Develop sales and patient forecasts, synthesizing insights from partners, primary and secondary data to continuously improve forecast methods and accuracy


  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews to deliver performance updates to the senior leadership team


  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop solutions and act as a thought partner and advisor to all relevant teams and stakeholders; look for and establish opportunities for peer mentorship

  • You possess in-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare environment and systems with a  scientific and medical background, which underpins your expertise in the field 


  • You are proficient in understanding the market landscape and surfacing insights across multiple primary data sources


  • You are capable of initiating and managing both local and international congresses and related processes


  • You possess exceptional decision-making capacity, enabling you to make informed and impactful choices in dynamic situations


  • You demonstrate leadership and proactiveness, taking initiative and guiding teams effectively


  • You exhibit effective communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas and alternatives to stakeholders and other involved parties


  • You excel in conflict management, maintaining composure and resilience under pressure to resolve challenges


  • You are agile, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, adapting quickly to competing priorities, and lending your expertise where needed


  • You act as a thought partner and strategic advisor, breaking down complex problems, managing uncertainty, and presenting insights objectively to guide decision-making
