Business Development Manager ENT – Dubai

What will you be doing?


This role is responsible and accountable for the management and growth of the ENT business unit and product lines in support of the overall Company strategy within the region.


What will you need to be successful?


  • Experience in providing the annual budget for the business unit in alignment with the business unit sales manager and country manager and the overall Company strategy.
  • The ability to provide the annual budget for the business unit for the based upon margin objectives, comparable competitor pricing and company guidelines
  • Experience in providing monthly forecasts input as part of Standard Operating Process on respective product lines.
  • Monitoring and evaluating revenue to annual plan and forecast and experience around adjusting the strategy accordingly to attain annual goals.
  • Experience in developing a successful marketing strategy to meet and implement both short term and long-range objectives.
  • The ability to create key account focus plans per country as well as to lead the execution and ensure achievement of the account`s business objectives
  • Knowledge around competitor product lines, pricing and positioning of market share.
  • Experience in providing product marketing or training presentations to field force, health care professionals, and buying groups to promote product use.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region in compliance with the S&N Ethics and Compliance Policy.

Successful candidates would need the following:


  • A bachelor’s degree preferably marketing, business administration or life sciences
  • A postgraduate degree (MBA) is considered an advantage.
  • 5 years total experience in Medical Devices Sales & Marketing in the medical industry with Reconstruction experience being an advantage.
  • Demonstrated in-house product management/product marketing experience.
  • Experience with product launches.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English; Arabic and French is a plus.
