Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development/Specification Manager to join our ambitious team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and specifying our products for prestigious projects in the UAE. What You'll Do:
Develop & Drive Strategy: Create and implement a robust business development strategy to identify and capture new opportunities in the fit-out and interior design markets.
Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Specification Excellence: Work closely with clients and design professionals to specify BeSpoke District’s products in premium projects.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the fit-out and interior sectors.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales and specification targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Promote Innovation: Advocate for BeSpoke District’s unique offerings, highlighting how our solutions enhance spaces and exceed client expectations.

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or specification management within the fit-out or interior design industry.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE’s fit-out and interior design market, including key players and project pipelines.
Sales Acumen: A results-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with materials, products, and specifications used in the fit-out and interior sectors.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. A natural at networking and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, enabling better engagement with the UAE’s diverse clientele.
Desire to Grow: A passion for the wallcoverings industry and a willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies.
