As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with recruitment agents and partnering with universities to open doors for students globally. This role requires a proactive networker who understands the educational landscape and can drive deals with agents and institutions, developing sustainable partnerships that align with Bright Minds' mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with recruitment agents and educational institutions to create partnership opportunities.
Negotiate and close partnership deals with agents and universities, ensuring a steady flow of student placements.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the Bright Minds network, with a focus on mutually beneficial collaborations.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership packages tailored to agent and university needs.
Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to identify and leverage new opportunities.
Track performance metrics and report on partnership outcomes to continuously optimize strategies and meet growth targets.
