Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our new Packing, Moving, and Relocations department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management within the logistics or moving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, HR departments, and other potential partners.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the logistics or moving industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
