locationsDubaiRiyadh time typeTemps plein posted onOffre publiée il y a 8 jours job requisition idR0647551 The Business Development Manager finds new business opportunities within the area of modernization and manages complex customer business development projects through the development and deployment of proactive long-term asset management plans that address obsolescence and improve the residual value of the customers' assets. To support our vision and Modernization growth plans, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai or Saudi and support our Modernization business across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for all or some of the following:
Identify new business opportunities for Modernization to position KONE competitively in the market.
Accountable for driving opportunity pipeline in early stages of the customer journey and throughout the decision-making process to grow the sales funnel, maximize profitability, and share of market.
Focus on identifying and driving selling opportunities and sales of KONE digital offerings and solutions.
Lead meetings and negotiations with stakeholders and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests.
Responsible for gathering and documenting (e.g., to CRM) relevant information about the market and competitors.
Ensure data visibility, accuracy, and reporting for periodic business review meetings.
Maintain a strong network within and outside KONE to share best practices and understand current and future requirements.
Supports business segments requiring special focus, for example, Infra, hotel, office segment, to grow KONE business in that segment
Manages complex, large, and difficult analysis, development, or implementation projects
May lead, direct, and develop a team in own responsibility area
Ensures utilization of appropriate methods to support own responsibility area, e.g., business planning, competitive analysis, marketing and communications planning, sales capability development and support, competence development, business benefits realization, and asset management planning.
Areyoutheone
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., business, economics, finance, engineering.
Proven track record of consistent success in business performance and development.
Experience in the successful management of complex projects
Understanding of costs, business principles, and risk management
Knowledge, skills, and experience in qualifying, structuring, and negotiating with business partners
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with different kinds of stakeholders and to develop relationships in a complex team environment Self-driven, resilient, with a strategic mindset
Working experience in the elevator modernization business is an advantage
Excellent English language skills. Arabic language is an asset.
