Job Description Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads and opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas. Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to potential customers. Collaborate with the sales team to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Provide timely and accurate reporting on business development activities, pipelines, and key metrics. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales enablement content. Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices in business development.
Job Qualifications
Preferably a degree holder or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales environments, particularly with high-end clients; experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred. Proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently. Familiarity with the industry and target market is preferred.
