Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai Office


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales efforts, driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting in-depth market research, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. You will also develop and execute sales strategies, working closely with internal teams to meet and exceed business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and proactive outreach.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

3. Market Research

  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to provide actionable insights.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on market analysis to support business growth.

4. Sales Process Management:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements for the company.

5. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor and assess the success of sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and market trends.
