Responsibilities:

In order to build up and staff our ME & Saudi Business Development Function respectively,  we are looking for a competent and reliable candidates.
The position seats into an international environment with a lot of contacts with our subsidiaries. It is perfect for profiles of people who likes personal interactions, travelling, meeting colleagues, and working with different cultures. We can provide training for the required skills which are missed. We have a customer-oriented mindset and we like to work with our colleagues as “one EagleBurgmann”. Below a summary description of some tasks.


  • Setup and lead sales team within BA SEMA with a focus on profitable growth for the following   products: Dry Gas Seals, SMS, RoTech Boosters, Espey, Diaphragm Couplings
     
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
     
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other functions.
  • Define and implement profitable growth strategy.
  • Define optimal sales force structure to execute profitable growth strategy through account
      management and aftermarket development.
  • Develop successful support structure and interfaces to EB organization to grow within SA
  • Develop customer focused organization by creating a culture of success and ongoing   business and goal achievement.
  • Application Engineering & Sales Support for dry gas seals and supply systems for compressor seals (we can provide training for the missing required knowledge).
  • Create technical offers for the sales organizations.
  • Support the Sales & Service organization in the daily business.
  • Establish customers relationships / following orders (we like to work close to our customers)
  • Participation at trade fairs / exhibitions – symposiums (we like to promote EB)
  • Participate in the implementation of specific - industry seminars and trainings.
  • Prepare & deliver technical presentations and reference documents.
  • Support for the elaboration of various projects.
  • Handling of complaints, assisting in failure analysis and damage reports
  • Drive the sales opportunities for retrofit and upgrade.
  • Coordination with the technical hubs and sales organization for developing the opportunities.
  • Generating technical and commercial proposal.
  • Motivate/lead the sales team to concert the sales opportunities to the order.
  • Coordination with sales directors and management for the strategy implementation.  
  • Reporting the results of retrofit and upgrade. 
  • Acts as contact point for technical clarification between design and customer (including translation of customer comments and clarification with customer/subsidiary)
  • Clarifies offer, delivery, and cost-relevant detailed discussion with the sales managers as well as all departments involved (requesting the order entry package)
  • Work in fast-paced environment to acquire new customers, increase the revenue growth for the organization, and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company. 
  • Quotes preparation and following up according to the defined criteria,
  • Working specific to Dry Gas Seal product.
  • Coordinates technical changes as well as change scope of delivery.
