The role will include:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with executive leadership to execute our go-to-market strategy and build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prospect and Engage: Identify and target high-value prospects in both established and emerging markets.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and position our technology-enabled services as strategic solutions to solve their unique challenges.
- Lead Negotiations: Guide complex sales cycles, from initial contact through to contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client goals and our business objectives.
- Partnership Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, technology partners, and industry influencers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to continually refine our value proposition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience selling technology solutions
- Track Record: Proven ability to close high-value deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute a consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term relationship-building.
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of how technology-enabled services can deliver tangible business results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
