Our client is a competitive Forex Trading Organization with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for a Business development manager with a strong background in the Forex industry.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard retail traders, brokers, hedge funds, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored trading solutions and financial guidance.
Work closely with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and Affiliates to increase trading volume.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Expand the company's market presence through strategic partnerships and lead-generation initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization of sales processes.
Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets, institutional trading, and fintech partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine business strategies.
Work closely with marketing, dealing, and compliance teams to align business initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Ensure all business development activities comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
Work with internal teams to manage KYC, AML, and risk assessments for new clients and partners.
Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management in the Forex, CFDs, or Crypto industry.
Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader), liquidity providers, execution models, and financial markets.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and drive client retention and engagement.
Established connections with Forex traders, IBs, PSPs, hedge funds, and institutional clients.
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and trading data.
Strong communication,presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
