Description:
Drive business development and ensure volume
with revenue growth. Expand the current books of business and increase support
from the existing customers. Generate the brand image and value of CSS and
offer clear value proposition to customers.
·CSS
Product Portfolio to be offered to Customers:
·Ocean
Freighting - Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (both FCL & LCL)
·Air
Freighting – Export, Import and X-Trade Sales
·Warehousing
& Distribution & 3PL (Crating/Lashing, Exhibition, Last Mile Delivery)
·Customs
Clearance & Transportation - Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air
shipments.
·Break
Bulk / ODC shipments
·Sales
related Job activities:
·Sales
and Business Development: To achieve target of both revenue and volume with
constant endeavour to meet and on-board new customers. Also, to ensure
increasing the “share of wallet” with the existing accounts month on month.
·MIS
– market analysis and reporting
·Controlling
Credit for existing and future customers
·Requirements:
·Minimum 3 – 4
years of experience in freight forwarding sales
·Result
orientation, Persuasive Skill and analytical thinking and Communication.
·Market
knowledge and identifies opportunities and has knowledge about competitor and
industry trends.
·Candidate
must be available in UAE.
·Should
hold a valid driving license.
