Job Description



ROLE OVERVIEW



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to manage partnerships and high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the CIS region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, both short and long-term, while expanding the company’s presence in the market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding partnerships, cultivating a robust client base, and building strategic relationships within the region. You will act as the main point of contact for partners and clients, while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Proactively seek and identify business opportunities to increase the company’s market share in the CIS region. Build and strengthen relationships with introducing brokers, HNW clients, and new strategic partners. Approach, source, and engage with local partners to establish long-lasting and mutually beneficial collaborations. Demonstrate strong ability to meet and exceed KPIs, while working under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results. Conduct business trips to meet with partners and clients, present the company’s products and services, and nurture business relationships. Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources to support business growth.

Qualifications



KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE



Minimum 3 years’ work experience in business development role or FX Sales. Excellent understanding of the local market and brokerage business. Proven track record of working with HNW clients and IBs in the CIS region. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Excellent command of both English and the local language is essential.
