Masters/bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar area.
7+ years of proven work experience in recruitment/manpower outsource industry in KSA
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, create strategic partnerships, and drive growth.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong business knowledge and experience in interpreting financial data and contracts.
Strong negotiation skills.
