We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at Aspire Education Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions, and expanding our network of partner universities. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and prospective students.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive student recruitment in the UAE, GCC countries, and India.
Monitor market trends and industry developments.
Represent the company at educational fairs, conferences, and other events.
Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or education consultancy.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE and GCC education landscape is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
